Add Adoption Pet

• This section allows users to fill out a form to create and post adoption ads for their pets.
• When you click a tab from the Language options, the user has to fill in some required fields on the form in that language.
• Clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form will successfully create a new breeding pet for adoption
